Chef Douglas has been in the cooking business for over 30 years. He’s worked in many places, including California and Atlanta, and he’s trained in France and at The Ritz-Carlton Culinary Arts School. In 2000, he and his wife retired to the North Georgia Mountains and bought a 75 year-old farmhouse, sitting on 16 acres. He spent 3 years restoring it. Many of the veggies, fruits and herbs he uses in his cooking come from his organic garden.
