The short drive to Blue Ridge dam provides the best float fishing in all of North Georgia - a 2-3 hour float through unbelievable fishing & nature - 2 kayaks are included with this cabin (no charge). 

RiverLodge of North Georgia has everything for the whole family - 3 bedrooms plus sleeping loft, 4 full bathrooms, a 25' x 25' gameroom with ping-pong, billiards, arcade games (PacMan, Centipede, Galaga, Golf, & more), wireless internet, 4 TVs, gas-log fireplace.  The 2 acres of forest & 200ft of riverfront provide total privacy when you are relaxing on the huge back deck or bubbling your cares away in the hot-tub under the stars.  This section of Fightingtown trout stream is wadeable, shaded by a forest of huge trees  -  2 kayaks and river tubes are included with this cabin.

This, our most secluded property, is being totally renovated for Summer 2008 and soon will boast 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, rec room with pool table, new large great room, and brand new hot-tub.   Surrounded by huge hemlocks and overlooking the noisey whitewaters of one of North Georgia's premier trout streams, this is the perfect setting for your vacation.

MountainLake of North Georgia  is located on the gorgeous shoreline of Lake Blue Ridge. With over 100 miles of shoreline, Lake Blue Ridge is named as TVA's most pristine Lake. MountainLake offers three bedrooms and a basement rec area with PingPong Table. The cabin and all of its decks have wonderful year round views of the Lake. Bring your boat or jetski or rent at Lake Blue Ridge Marina - you can park them at your own private dock, just 20 feet away from the cabin. The kids can swim off the private dock, or you can pull them around the lake on tubes all day long - they are sure to sleep soundly at night while you relax in the Hot-Tub.

WildwaterRetreat has glass and decks which overlook 270 feet of gorgeous riverfront.  The large open yard, with firepit and riverside swing, has level access down to gorgeous but gentle rapids, swimming hole and large sandy beach.   The whole property has easy access to the river   -  fish, swim, sit or play in the cool waters of Fightingtown - one of North Georgia's premier trout streams.  The cabin is large, the yard is large, and the riverfront is large; full basement has walkout to large hot-tub, pool table and private bedroom/bathroom.  River floating tubes and 2 kayaks are included with this cabin (no charge).   

RiverDance of North Georgia has gorgeous Toccoa River frontage - you can actually fish from the river deck of the cabin which overhangs the river.  The gorgeous Toccoa River could not be any closer.   Just downstream from the fish hatchery, this section of water is a North Georgia premier fishing spot.  The river is wide, easily wadeable, with easy access for fishermen & children - 2 kayaks and river tubes are included.   RiverDance has rustic furnishings, wireless DSL, a custom built rustic play fort for the  kids.                                         

Cinn-a-Bear of North Georgia has enough room for the whole family - inside & out.  The open but shady yard is very secluded with total privacy whether you are relaxing on the decks or bubbling your cares away in the hot-tub which overlooks the river.   All 3 bedrooms have King-Size beds with full bathrooms, the basement has pool table and the vaulted great room has gas-log fireplace and is open to eating area & kitchen.  With hammock, firepit & steps that lead all the way down to a river full of trout - this cabin has it all.    River floating tubes are included at no extra charge.
